FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL
Tim Wangler has been in the construction and real estate industry for over 15 years. He’s not the guy who shows up to shake your hand and disappear — he’s on the job site, managing the crew, solving problems in real time, and making sure every detail is right.
Tim holds three Illinois licenses — General Contractor, Licensed Roofer, and Real Estate Agent — a rare combination that gives him a complete understanding of every project from foundation to closing table. Whether he’s overseeing a full gut renovation in Naperville, coordinating a commercial kitchen install at O’Hare, or helping a homeowner maximize their property’s value before selling, Tim brings the same hands-on intensity to every job.
Before founding Redeveloped Properties, Tim built his reputation flipping homes across Chicago’s northwest suburbs — buying distressed properties, transforming them with quality renovations, and delivering turnkey results. That investor’s mindset still drives how he runs every project: maximize value, minimize waste, and always think about the end result.

JIM KAY
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Jim serves as Director of Operations for Redeveloped Properties, where he has been a trusted leader for more than 10 years. A highly skilled carpenter and general contractor, Jim brings nearly four decades of hands-on experience and a detail-driven approach spanning large-scale corporate projects, new home construction, renovations, and fine carpentry.
Throughout his career, Jim has built a reputation for exceptional craftsmanship, operational excellence, and an unwavering commitment to quality. His deep industry knowledge allows him to oversee complex projects with precision while ensuring timelines, budgets, and standards are met without compromise.
At the core of Jim’s work is a strong work ethic and deep belief in honesty, accountability, and customer satisfaction. He takes pride in delivering results that not only exceed expectations and look exceptional, but continue to perform and endure for years to come — earning the trust of clients, partners, and teams alike.
Outside of work, Jim has been married to his wife, Karen, for 30 years and is the proud father of three daughters. He is also excited to be stepping into his newest role this spring — becoming a grandfather.
DRAYEA K.
ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR
Drayea serves as Administrative Coordinator for Redeveloped Properties, bringing over 10 years of administrative experience — six of them dedicated to supporting the day-to-day operations of the company. She plays a critical role in keeping projects on track behind the scenes, managing scheduling, coordinating crew assignments, processing payments, and maintaining accurate job records across all active builds.
From tracking material deliveries and vendor invoices to ensuring every shift is logged and every receipt is filed, Drayea’s organizational skills keep the operation running smoothly. Her attention to detail and familiarity with construction project workflows make her an essential part of the Redeveloped Properties team — the backbone that supports every job from bid to closeout.
When she’s not keeping the office in order, Drayea can be found outdoors — tending to her garden, spending time with her dogs, and looking after her backyard flock of chickens.
MATT SHEEHAN
FINISH WORK SPECIALIST
Matt Sheehan is our finish work specialist, bringing precision and craftsmanship to the final details that make a project shine. With extensive experience in interior electrical, plumbing, cabinetry, and tile work, Matt is the person who turns a construction zone into a finished home.
His skill set covers the full spectrum of interior finish trades — from custom cabinetry installation and intricate tile layouts to final electrical and plumbing trim. Matt’s eye for detail ensures that every joint is tight, every line is straight, and every finish meets the standard Redeveloped Properties is known for.
NICK WEISSENSTEIN
LEAD TECHNICIAN — ELECTRICAL & STRUCTURAL
Nick Weissenstein handles the heavy lifting — both literally and figuratively. Specializing in framing, rough-in work, structural modifications, and electrical systems, Nick is the crew member you want on the tough jobs that require strength, initiative, and technical know-how.
From demolition and excavation to running electrical panels and wiring, Nick brings a versatile skill set that keeps projects moving through their most demanding phases. His hands-on approach and willingness to take on challenging work make him a key part of the Redeveloped Properties field team.
HUGO PEREZ
CONSTRUCTION TECHNICIAN
Hugo Perez joined the Redeveloped Properties team with raw ambition and a tireless work ethic. He’s the first one to volunteer for overtime, he doesn’t shy away from heights, and he brings genuine enthusiasm to every task — whether it’s demolition, framing, material handling, or jobsite prep.
Hugo is currently training across multiple trades under the mentorship of our senior crew members, rapidly building the skills and knowledge that will make him a well-rounded construction professional. His eagerness to learn and willingness to put in the hours set him apart.

SITE OPERATIONS & LOGISTICS
Chris Wangler keeps our job sites clean, organized, and ready for productive work. Handling site logistics, material staging, cleanup, and general labor support, Chris ensures the crew can focus on the skilled trades without tripping over debris or hunting for materials.
A reliable presence on the job site, Chris brings a positive attitude and takes pride in maintaining the kind of organized work environment that keeps projects running efficiently and safely.

FIELD TECHNICIAN
Alex Medina provides flexible support across our active job sites, stepping in wherever the team needs additional manpower. From rough carpentry and demolition to material transport and general construction labor, Alex brings a dependable presence and steady hands to every project he’s assigned to.
